While this is not exactly a food blog, I can’t write about my life without talking a little bit about food.
Some of you may know that I am obsessed with rice.
Practically anything on top of rice is just about perfection to me…veggies…meat…gravy…or ideally all three.
This is why I must share this recipe with you. I think there was a month a while back when I made it four times. The recipe suggests that you serve it over biscuits, but I, of course, suggest that you serve it over rice.
